Recruitment

• The Employment Agency, Jobatory Pvt Ltd, will facilitate the recruitment process for the Employer, ensuring compliance with Maldivian laws and regulations.
  
• Responsibilities include registering the Employer on the official Economic Ministry website, applying for work visa quotas, obtaining Employment Approval for Personnel, attending to work visa deposit payments, arranging insurance, and securing work permits.
  
• The Employer is required to cooperate by providing necessary assistance, documentation, and facilitating the recruitment process.
  

Communication

• The Employment Agency will issue a written document for the acceptance of all passports from the Employer.
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding information acquired during the contract, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory agencies.
  
• All documents, including application forms and Personnel information, are the sole property of the Employer.
  

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency or if an expatriate employee recruited through us is not qualified within the first month, we undertakes the responsibility of repatriating the employee at its expense.

Regular Pay

The Employer is liable to pay indispensable monies for work visa procedures, including work visa deposit, medical examination, insurance premium, yearly quota fee, monthly work visa fee, and other charges.
